Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of implementation and documentation of the recruitment process for a vacant position, and in the case of employment in order to perform an employment agreement and also for the future recruitment pursuant to article 6 item 1 letters a), b) and c), in conjunction with article 9 item 2 letter a),b) and h) of the GDPR), and article 22 [1] of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labour Code.

Your personal data indicated in the Labour Code or in other specific laws (as per the requirements of the announcement) are processed based on the law and their usage is necessary to participate in recruitment process. Other personal data (such as Your image) are processed based on Your voluntary consent, which You expressed by sending us Your recruitment application and their submission does not affect the opportunity to participate in recruitment.

We may also process Your personal data included in the CV for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims if the claims relate to our recruitment. Till then, we will process Your personal data based on our legitimate interest, depending on instigating or defending against claims in proceedings before courts or state authorities.
In accordance with the GDPR, You are entitled to:

• access Your data and to receive a copy of them;
• rectify (correct) Your data;
• erase the data, limit the processing of the data (the so-called right to be forgotten);
• object to processing of the data; we will no longer process Your data for these purposes, except we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for us to do so in relation to Your data that prevails on Your interests, rights and freedoms, or that we need Your data to enable us to determine, pursue or defend against any claim, if necessary.
• transfer the data;

The period of storage of personal data depends on their processing in order to:

• recruitment – throughout the recruitment process, not longer than 6 months. After this time, the personal data of the candidate regarding information about the recruitment will be processed during the expiration period for civil claims in order to allow Fair Place Finance to defend against any claims or to seek such claims if there is a risk of such claims being filed against or against Fair Place Finance; as a rule, it is not longer than 3 years from the end of the recruitment process. If the candidate agrees, the personal data of the candidate may be stored for use in further recruitment conducted by Fair Place Finance for a period of up to one year.

We do not transfer Your personal data outside of the European Economic Area. Your personal data will not be processed automatically and will not be subject to profiling.
Your personal data may be made available to other entities within the EEA entitled to receive them on the basis of applicable law, and also to data recipients in the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data, i.e. legal entities providing: postal, courier and IT services. Your data may also be transferred to third countries, based on specific legal regulations or personal data processing agreements.
